Additionally, we have a mobile app available on iOS, Android, and third-party stores (Indus Appstore), called AstroNidan. The following refunds and cancellation policy is applicable to all transactions either from website or mobile apps.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to fulfill a scheduled astrology consultation or service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund.
  • If you cancel a scheduled appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy, we may issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • If you have purchased a product or service and are dissatisfied with the quality or accuracy, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
Refund Process To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation If you wish to cancel a scheduled astrology consultation or service, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Subscription Cancellation For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellation will not result in a prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Important Notice

To avoid cancellation fees, please ensure you cancel scheduled appointments at least 24 hours in advance. For subscription cancellations, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
